Each item is handmade to order so please allow 3 working days for your item to be made and dried before being sent off. The item is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for taking approx 1-2 days to be received. Please note during busier times like Christmas/Strikes items may take a little longer so please allow time for your order to be made and sent out during this period. Orders Placed after 5pm will start to be created the following day.

The items purchased are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for. For express options please select the Next Day Delivery at check out.

Shelley’s Cakes Postal & Collection

You can order your pre-order designs in advance to collect at the studio. Collections during Monday-Friday are between 10am-2pm or Saturdays between 10am-12pm.

If you are unable to visit us in person, we also offer a postal service. Our delicious treat boxes can be delivered direct the recipients door.
All orders for delivery will be sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked within 72 hours after you have placed your order.
